Freedom Community Credit Union’s mortgage loan officers are here to fully assist you with your borrowing needs. They are qualified and registered through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry which has high standards and background monitoring. We take pride in our services to offer programs that will assist our borrowers in getting the best of what they are expecting.
Conventional
This program provides up to 97% financing with private mortgage insurance requirements, and allows mortgage insurance to be dropped off at 80% loan to value.
FHA
This program provides financing up to 96.5% with private mortgage requirements.
VA
This program provides financing up to 100% of purchase price with no mortgage insurance requirements. You must be a qualified military member.
USDA/ Rural Housing
This program provides 100% financing on primary residential homes in rural settings. This program is available to anyone whose income falls within the program guidelines.
First Time Homebuyer
First Time Homebuyers are offered the four programs above with down payment assistance and/or closing costs assistance along with the total out of pocket monies needed for the financing.
