Traveling Notifications
Freedom Community Credit Union values your safety and well being while traveling. If you are planning a vacation please note that there are safety measures in place if your debit or credit card are lost, stolen, or compromised. Please notify us of the dates and where you are traveling to ensure that your card will be accessible. Please call Monday through Friday to 701-232-0828 or 701-551-1902. After hours you may call the Visa Fraud Alert for debit cards at 1-800-535-8440 (also on the back of the card) or credit card at 1-800-369-4887.
Reminder: there are some states that are blocked for the debit/atm cards due to high risk for fraud. If you are traveling or making a purchase from any of these states, please let us know ahead of time so we can make your card accessible.
